Excellent location, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, convenient for sightseeing.

It's a short walk to all the major attractions and museums, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The staff is friendly and helpful, always accommodating any requests we had. there are many options for breakfast in the area, so you'll never have to worry about starting your day hungry.

The noise from the street can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially if you're a light sleeper.

There was some noise on Friday and Saturday nights since the hotel was located in the city center. It did disrupt our sleep a bit, but it was to be expected given the location.

Comfortable Rooms: the room we stayed in was clean and well, maintained. the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool during the warm summer days. Additionally, the bathroom was modern and had all the necessary amenities. Friendly Staff: the staff members at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They were always ready to assist us with any queries or concerns we had.

Average Breakfast: the breakfast offered at the hotel could have been better. the food didn't taste very fresh and the options were limited.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location. Renfre train to Malaga a 20-minute walk downhill or take a taxi if arriving at the station. Lovely hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Victoria 4. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to Plaza de Sol, Plaza Major, and even the Prado museum. The lively street life just outside the hotel added to the vibrant atmosphere of Madrid. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail in the cleanliness and overall presentation of the room. The soundproofing was also excellent, as I didn't hear any noise from the surrounding bars and restaurants. One of the highlights of my stay was the cozy and comfortable basement restaurant where breakfast was served. The variety of options available for breakfast was impressive, from pastries and fruit to eggs and bacon. I also appreciated that I could have seconds without any issues. my experience at Victoria 4 was exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid for the first time. I was impressed with the location, the quality of the room, and the delicious breakfast. I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future.
